Position: Bar Manager
General Requirements:
- Leads the development and execution of innovative cocktail menus for our bars, ensuring they reflect seasonal trends and guest preferences.
- Oversees daily bar operations, ensuring seamless service and adherence to hotel standards.
- Trains and develops the bar team, fostering a culture of excellence, knowledge sharing, and guest satisfaction.
- Manages inventory control and cost optimization to adhere to established budgets.
- Works closely with the Assistant FB Manager and FB Manager to ensure a cohesive guest experience across the department.
- Ensures unwavering commitment to Marriott's brand standards and service excellence.
Qualifications:
- Experience in a high-volume Bar, preferably within a luxury hotel environment.
- Demonstrated expertise in mixology, with a strong understanding of classical cocktails and an innovative approach to creating new libations.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team, fostering a positive and professional work environment.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- A genuine passion for the hospitality industry and creating memorable experiences for guests.
- Understanding of international business etiquette and cultural sensitivities.
