New Hanwha Cement from HeidelbergCement Georgia has been operating in Georgia since 2006 and is a leading brand in the local cement and concrete market.  The company owns cement plants in Kaspi and Rustavi as well as a cement mill in Poti and a cement terminal in Supsa. Hanwha Cement  is the only clinker producer in Georgia. The first concrete plant in the country was launched in 2009.  Currently, Hanwha Cement  has 15 concrete plants. 

 

New Hanwha Cement from HeidelbergCement Georgia announces internship at Rustavi cement plant for the position of Electrician.

 

Work location: Rustavi, 70 Mshnebeli Street.

Work schedule: Monday-Friday, not more than 40 hours per week

Number of vacant positions: 6

 

Main responsibilities

•  Checking the condition of protective equipment, instruments, mechanisms and tools;
• Involvement in restoration work in case of an accident in the electrical part;
• Providing information to the management about the current scheme of the substation and the condition of the equipment, in case of detection of a violation; warning the immediate supervisor or the plant dispatcher;
• Assisting electrical supervisors and team members;
• Involvement in the implementation of various practical works within the competence;
•  Attending planned trainings and thorough study of theoretical educational materials;
• Compliance with the existing and applicable labor safety rules and regulations on the territory of the company;

It is desirable to have:

•   Higher and/or professional education in electrical engineering;
•  Basic knowledge of electricity is desirable;
•  Desire for development in this field;
• Ability to adapt quickly to new things;
•  Teamwork;
• Detail orientation;
