Key Responsibilities:

• To execute the tasks assigned by the Head Chef;
• To execute all orders flawlessly, in accordance with the recipes;
• To take an active part in creating new recipes;
• To provide all necessary ingredients for preparing dishes;
• To observe the rules of using inventory and instruments;
• To ensure the smooth operation of the kitchen, together with other kitchen staff;
• To monitor kitchen equipment and appliances;
• To describe and carry out the order of supplies;

Required Skills:

• Experience in a similar position;
• Experience in Asian cuisine is desirable;
• Professional education in the field of beverages and food (considered an advantage);
• Ability to work in a busy work environment;
• Sense of responsibility;
• Ability to work in a team.
