Job Location: Tbilisi, Kostava N14

Job Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensuring plant care/inspection.
• Harvesting-assessing-distributing the crop;
• Sowing the crop according to the table;
• Pest management control;
• Ensuring the regime of providing fertilizers and acids for plants;
• Monitoring the uninterrupted process of plant growth: plant flowering, watering, use of nutrients, etc.;
• Knowledge of plant structure and physiology;
• Searching for new trends in plant planting, care, soil enrichment, aeration, watering;
• Compliance with the standards and regulations existing in the company.

Additional Requirements:

• Sense of responsibility;
• Team player;
• Ability to solve problems promptly;
• Observation;
• Knowledge of the production processes of growing is considered an advantage;
