Hotel “AphiSha” is looking for team members who, in close cooperation with other hotel employees, will create a pleasant environment and an unforgettable experience for the guests.

Hotel “AphiSha” offers its guests 118 designer, retro-futuristic rooms, the interior of which combines several main spaces, including the first champagne bar-brasserie in the city, a wine room and a rooftop restaurant with an open space.

At AphiSha Hotel, the Assistant Bartender is responsible for providing high-level service to guests visiting the hotel's catering facilities, maintaining order and cleanliness, and creating a maximally friendly and pleasant environment. 

Main Responsibilities:

• Prepare the bar area and make sure that additional utensils are in stock;

• Ensure that the order is served quickly, with maximum adherence to standards;

• Perform all procedures in compliance with safety regulations;

• Perform cleaning procedures as required;

• Be ready to assist colleagues and, if necessary, share their responsibilities;

• Maintain the working area in a clean condition and do not leave dirty dishes in the bar;

• Maintain the standards existing at the facility.

Requirements:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills;

• Good organizational skills, focus on details;

• Knowledge of English and Georgian languages is required. 

It is desirable, if necessary, in accordance with the Labor Code and Internal Regulations defining additional compensation accordingly, the candidate is ready for a flexible work schedule to work in the evening hours, on weekends and etc.
