Anax Ltd. announces a vacancy for the position of Procurement Assistant (Internship).
Main responsibilities:
Management and control of the full cycle of procurement;
Maintaining and developing relationships with suppliers for the purpose of quality and economical procurement;
Constant market research to identify potential suppliers and negotiate favorable terms;
Preparation of cost estimates for requested materials;
Receiving, processing, purchasing and providing feedback on procurement requests;
Technical and qualitative study of purchased products on the market together with the warehouse manager;
Constant comparison of product prices, regular monitoring of suppliers to get the best price;
Preparation of procurement documentation together with financial departments;
Inventory management; control of product shortages and excess inventory;
Skills:
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Punctuality
Ability to work independently and in a team
Sense of responsibility, detail-oriented
Skills in effective allocation and management of working time
