The company "Madart Delivery" invites you to the position of Team Manager!

• Job location: Tbilisi, A. Beliashvili str.
•  Working hours: full
• Remuneration: 1700-2500₾

Main functions and responsibilities:

• Managing a subordinate team in the call center;
• Evaluation and control of the work performed by the subordinate team;
• Active communication and feedback with subordinate employees;
• Managing work processes in the call center;
• Involvement in work processes in the call center;
• Quality control of processes in the call center and, if necessary, implementation of appropriate measures;
• Listening to recordings, subsequent analysis and reporting;
• Initiating initiatives related to the work process with the immediate supervisor;
• Daily and monthly reporting to the immediate supervisor;
• Execution of tasks received by the immediate supervisor within the framework of competence.

Main requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar position;
• Higher education in business administration or management;
• Knowledge of MS Office is required.

Selection process:

• I stage - selection of resumes received by e-mail, applications filled out in branches, information/resumes received through the call center and social networks;
• II stage - interview with HR-colleague;
• III stage - testing;
• IV stage - interview with the call center manager and HR manager.
