Rooms Hotels Labi LLC, which operates the following facilities: Rooms Kazbegi, Rooms Tbilisi, Rooms Kokhta, Rooms Batumi, Holiday Inn Tbilisi announces a vacancy for the position of Room Service Attendant at Holiday Inn Tbilisi.

Main responsibilities:

Taking guest orders and ensuring timely delivery;
Ensuring timely clearance of trays and waste;
Excellent knowledge of menu items and ingredients and ability to make recommendations when needed;
Maintaining cleanliness of the work area;
Ensuring proper communication between the kitchen, order takers and service team members;
Addressing guest comments and escalating to the appropriate department when necessary.

Required skills:

Previous work experience in a similar field will be considered an advantage;
Education in the food and beverage field will be considered an advantage;
Excellent command of English is a must;
Ability to work in a team;
Excellent communication skills;
Detail oriented;
