ROOMS TBILISI announces a vacancy for the position of Chef de Partie

Main responsibilities:

• Execute orders given by the Head Chef;
• Execute all orders, according to recipes and with minimum waste;
• Actively participate in creating new recipes;
• Maintain a stock of all necessary ingredients to prepare the dishes;
• Follow the rules of using inventory and tools;
• Ensure smooth operation of the kitchen together with other kitchen staff;
• Monitor kitchen equipment and machinery;
• Describe and make orders for supplies;
• Supervise the proper work of employees working in shifts;

Requirements:

• Experience in a similar position;
• Professional education in the field of beverages and food (will be considered an advantage);

Required skills:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
• Sense of responsibility;
• Ability to work in a team.
