ROOMS TBILISI announces a vacancy for the position of Receptionist

Main responsibilities:

Check the list of arrivals and their requests each morning;
Check the information left in the system at the beginning of each shift;
Make a list of room cleaning times;
Meet the guest in a friendly manner.
Carry out the registration procedure in compliance with all the rules;
Enter the existing and additional information about the guest into the system;
Ensure the confidentiality of the information about the guests;
Ensure timely closing of guest accounts;
Make a list of departures to ensure that the guest does not leave the hotel without settling the account;
In case of receiving a complaint from a guest, find ways to resolve it and check the status of the problem resolution as soon as possible;
Provide guests with information about the city's attractions;
Ensure the guest's check-in and check-out, both in and out of the hotel.

Required skills:

Excellent knowledge of Georgian and English;
Good communication skills;
Sense of responsibility;
Ability to work in a team;
Attention to detail.
