MTG is a partner of the American logistics company Metro Trans Logistics LLC in Georgia, providing shipping services to United States and Canada. The company was founded in 2017 and today it unites hundreds of vehicles and more than a thousand partners.

MTG is announcing a vacancy for the Financist role.

Working Hours: 16:00-00:00 (Monday-Friday)

Job Description:

Assist in managing accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
Handling incoming invoices in our Accounts Payable portal (upload, review, checking to re-charge, booking, keep overview of pending invoices to process, weekly reporting)
Handling mailbox in our Accounts Receivable portal (answer emails, send out reminders, preparation for corrections, weekly reporting)
Contact the broker in case of necessity;
Contribute to budget planning and monitoring activities
Identify and recommend improvements to financial processes for efficiency

Requirements:

Fluency in English is a must;
Computer skills - good knowledge of office software;
Analytical skills;
Previous studies in finance, accounting or related field

Personal Skills:

Punctuality and high sense of responsibility;
Time management;
Ability to work under pressure;
Detail oriented;
Both individual and a team player
