Open Tender for the purchase of materials for terrarium production

Within the framework of the project "Promoting Youth Self-Determination, Well-being and Employment", the Association "SOS Children's Village Georgia" invites legal entities to participate in an open tender for the purchase of materials for terrarium production.

Information about the organization:

SOS Children's Villages International is an international organization with member organizations in 118 countries around the world in the form of national associations. The Association "SOS Children's Village Georgia" operates in accordance with the statutes and principles of the international organization and has been operating in Georgia since 1989 in the field of child well-being.

Information about the project:

The project "Promoting Youth Self-Determination, Well-being and Employment", funded by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) and the Hermann Gmeiner Foundation of Germany, aims to increase the employment opportunities of young people from the target group in the local labor market and to help them in employment and self-employment.

Purpose of the service:

To provide young people involved in entrepreneurial activities with materials for terrarium production within the framework of the project "Promoting Youth Self-Determination, Well-being and Employment".

Characteristics of the materials to be purchased:

Terrarium glass jar - 40 pieces;
Characteristics: Transparent, size-16cmx22cm, material glass (High borosilicate glass), heat resistance (Heat resistance) - 20~150 degrees, color: transparent;
Stabilized moss - 8 boxes (1 box - 5 kg);
Expanded clay for plants - 20 bags (1 bag - 30l);
Peat substrate - 40 bags (1 bag - 40l);
Succulent plant (small size of different species) - 90 pieces.

Delivery deadline:

The selected legal entity, on the basis of the concluded contract, must ensure the supply of materials that meet the specified parameters in two stages: delivery of half of the products by October 31, 2024, and the second half by November 15, 2024, which must have a manufacturer's certificate or a corresponding document.

Technical statement:

The interested legal entity must submit the following documents listed below:

• Details of the legal entity participating in the tender: address, telephone, bank details, extract from the public registry;

• Characteristics of the offered materials and delivery period;

• A statement of the price of the service, which includes the retail price of the above-mentioned materials excluding VAT.

Price statement

• Cost estimate for the provision of services in national currency for the given works excluding VAT.

Terms of payment:

The payment for the service will be made by non-cash settlement, after the submission of financial documentation on the provision of a specific service (invoice, invoice, acceptance certificate in accordance with the work performed) no later than 10 days.

Proposals will be evaluated considering the following criteria:

• Submitted documentation - 10%

• Quality of the offered products - 45%

• Price of the offered products - 45%

The deadline for submission of proposals is October 4, 2024
