Open tender for procurement of materials for the production of lamps

Within the framework of the project "Promoting Youth Empowerment, Well-being and Employment", the Association "SOS Children's Village Georgia" invites legal entities to participate in an open tender for the purchase of materials for the production of lamps.

Information about the organization:

SOS Children’s Villages Inetrnational is an international organization with member organizations in 118 countries around the world in the form of national associations. The Association "SOS Children's Village Georgia" operates in accordance with the statutes and principles of the international organization and has been operating in Georgia in the field of child welfare since 1989.

Information about the project:

The project "Promoting Youth Empowerment, Well-being and Employment" funded by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) and the Hermann Gmeiner Fund of Germany aims to increase the employment opportunities of young people from the target group in the local labor market and to help them in employment and self-employment.

Purpose of the service:

To provide young people involved in entrepreneurial activities with materials for the production of lamps within the framework of the project "Promoting Youth Empowerment, Well-being and Employment".

Characteristics of the materials to be purchased:

Lamp shade - 40 pieces. Characteristics: 15-16 (height) x 25 cm, diameter 25 cm, type: Hollow Lampshade, material metal, volume up to 700 grams;
Full set of electrical equipment for the lamp - 40 pieces. Characteristics: light bulb, socket, wire, metal accessories;
Electrical adapter (European Plug Adaptor) - 40 pieces;
Light bulb holder (Clip) - 40 pieces; Characteristics: 1"W x 4.5"H, Light Bulb Clip-On Adapter with shade attaching finial in Polished Brass Finish, 1 Pack.

Delivery date:

The selected legal entity, on the basis of the concluded contract, must ensure the supply of materials corresponding to the specified parameters in two stages: delivery of half of the products by October 31, 2024, and the second half by November 15, 2024, which must be accompanied by a manufacturer's certificate or appropriate document.

Technical report:

The interested legal entity must submit the following documents listed below:

• Legal entity participating in the tender: address, telephone, bank details, extract from the public registry;

• Characteristics of the offered material and delivery period;

• Price offer for the service, which includes the retail price of the above-mentioned material excluding VAT.

Price offer

• Cost estimate for the provision of services in national currency for the given works excluding VAT.

Terms of payment:

Payment for the service will be made by non-cash settlement, no later than 10 days after the submission of financial documentation (invoice, invoice, acceptance certificate) on the provision of a specific service.

Proposals will be evaluated taking into account the following criteria:

• Submitted documentation - 10%

• Quality of the offered products - 45%

• Price of the offered products - 45%

The deadline for submission of proposals is October 4, 2024
