Work schedule: Full-time

Main responsibilities:

• To prepare conference halls for guests' arrival;
• To ensure the reception of guests in accordance with the standards;
• To carry out high-quality service of tea and coffee;
• To carry out the service of breakfast, buffet, lunch, cocktail evenings and dinners;
• To keep the territory of both guests and service personnel in constant order;
• To keep keys, equipment and other valuables in a safe place;
• To regularly check the stock of necessary materials for the conference.

Required skills:

• Experience in a similar position will be considered an advantage;
• Knowledge of English;
• Ability to work in a team;
• Communication skills;
• Detail-oriented.
