Main responsibilities

• Managing the employees of the retail facility

• Control over the observance of work discipline, ethical standards of service, rules for the sale of goods, sanitary and hygienic standards by employees in the sales area;

• Constant control over the assortment of goods and uninterrupted supply;

• Acceptance and counting of goods in accordance with established rules;

• Constant control over the products placed on the shelves in the sales area in order to prevent the presence of substandard, expired and spoiled goods; 

• Cash register production - counting the amount in the cash register at the end of the cashier's work shift, control and storage of balances, taking into account and observing the established rules;

• Ensuring a high level of service in the sales area;

• Participation in the inventory of commodity and material assets;

Qualification requirements: 

• Higher education;

• Experience in this position is desirable;

• Knowledge of office programs.

• Management and organization skills;

• High sense of responsibility;

• Verbal and written communication skills; 

• Ability to plan work and allocate time effectively;
