Workplace: Tbilisi, 8 Egnate Ninoshvili
Working hours: Full time

Main responsibilities:

• Check the list of guests and their requests every morning;
• Check the information left in the program at the beginning of each shift;
• Arrange the list of room cleaning times;
• Greet the guest; carry out the registration procedure in compliance with all the rules;
• Enter the existing and additional information about the guest into the program;
• Ensure the confidentiality of information about the guests;
• Ensure timely closing of accounts by guests;
• Generate accounts for the list of departures;
• In case of receiving a complaint from the guest, find ways to resolve it and check the status of resolving the issue in the shortest possible time;
• Ensure meeting and seeing off the guest, in and outside the hotel.

Required skills:

• Experience in a similar position will be considered an advantage;
• Fluent in Georgian and English;
• Ability to work in a team;
• High sense of responsibility;
• Detail-oriented.
