The company "Citrus" announces a vacancy for the position of Sales and Credit Operator.

What you will do:

• Introduce the requested products to potential customers who have contacted by phone, website or social networks/chat, inform them about current promotions/news and offer them products.
• Answer incoming calls if necessary.
• Introduce the terms of the loan to customers, fill out the application and send it to the partner bank.
• Fulfill predefined individual plans.

What knowledge you will need:

• Be a student or have a complete higher education;
• It is desirable to have experience in the service sector or in the direction of sales;
• Have effective communication and persuasion skills;
• Perfectly fluent in Georgian;
• It is desirable to know English and Russian at a conversational level.
• Basic knowledge of office programs.

Required skills:

• Organization and punctuality;
• Detail orientation;
• High sense of responsibility;
• Communication and ability to effectively convey information.

Working conditions:

• Place of work: Tbilisi
• Work schedule: flexible work schedule in shifts, 6 days a week. Five 6-hour shifts, one 3-hour shift;
• Compensation: fixed 500 GEL (net) + good bonus system, total average earnings 1200-1500.
