The international money transfer system "Intelexpress" announces a vacancy for the position of Contact Center Team Leader in Tbilisi, at the head office: Contact Center Team Leader
Address: Chugureti, Agmashenebeli Avenue, 61. Business Center "Mosaic" II floor
Working hours: Full time. Monday - Friday - 10:00-19:00

Job description:
- Registration, grouping and subsequent response to daily issues received in the contact center;
- Registration of open issues and monitoring of their resolution;
- Assessment of the quality of service of operators, monitoring of calls/chats, analysis and reporting;
- Collection and periodic analysis of customer feedback;
- Collection and periodic analysis of feedback from partners/branches;
- Identification of existing weaknesses and shortcomings in the contact center, planning of appropriate trainings;
- Management of the internship training process and further development initiatives.
