,,Ajara Group’’ announces a vacancy for the position of Junior Specialist of the IT Department.

Employment: Full

Main responsibilities:

Execution of technical instructions and tasks received from the immediate supervisor;
Technical support to network users;
Technical support of meetings, trainings and various events;
Identification of technical failures and timely response;
Ensuring the correct functioning of programs and equipment on the site;
Setting up the network user's workplace;
Initial setup of the internal network, problem diagnostics and support;
Effective communication with provider companies to ensure the smooth operation of the office;
Compliance with the standard operating procedures in the IT Department;
Involvement in projects initiated by the company within the framework of competence.
Making decisions related to the execution of direct functions within the framework of competence;
Development and submission of recommendations to the immediate supervisor for the purpose of process improvement.

Required skills:

At least 1 year of work experience in a similar position is required;
Teamwork skills;
High sense of responsibility;
Ability to coordinate several tasks;
Detail orientation.
