Vacancy description

"Sushi Room"- announces a vacancy for the position of Service Manager.

 

Responsibilities:


  • Sets customer service standards;
  • Observes HACCP regulations where applicable;
  • Conducts and delivers training to staff;
  • Monitors the service process and is responsible for delivering excellent service; 
  • Interacts with dissatisfied customers and ensures customer satisfaction;
  • Ensures that quality and well-presented dishes reach the customer;
  • Ensures the smooth operation of the restaurant within their area of responsibility;
  • Responsible for inventories;
  • Ensures that all customers are satisfied;
  • Strives to represent the business in the best possible light at all times;
  • Responsible for processing till data and other statistical information as per the agreed procedure;
  • Holds briefings with staff and gives instructions;
  • Responsible for team building;
  • Reports to the General Manager;
  • Liaises with external service providers (courier services, suppliers, etc.)
  • Has close communication with the kitchen/chef to optimize sales;
  • Serves as a role model for staff;
  • Must accurately write down the rights and obligations of each employee (by position) and make a checklist for verification;
  • Controls discipline in the hall.

Compensation:


  • 3000-4000 GEL per month (depending on experience)

 

Working hours:


  • Full                                                                

To apply for the position you must meet the following requirements:

 

  • Experience in the position of Service Manager for 5-7 years;
  • Experience in negotiating and successfully resolving conflict situations; 
  • Experience in working in an Asian restaurant is desirable;
  • Knowledge/experience of HACCP standards;
  • Strong leadership skills;
  • Knowledge of English is mandatory, other languages ​​are desirable;
  • Have good communication and teamwork skills;
  • Be organized, motivated, punctual, with a high sense of responsibility.
