Law firm Wise Advice-, which provides services to corporate clients in the field of real estate, invites both beginners and experienced lawyers to join its team.

Work schedule: full-time, part-time or/and hybrid by agreement

Function/Responsibilities:

•      Providing consultations on legal issues;
•      Drafting contracts and  other types of legal documents;
•      Representing clients' interests in relations with various state bodies;
•      Representation in the National Agency of Public Registry, ensuring registration of business/corporate and real estate;
•     Representation in court, if necessary;  
•      Streamlining and ensuring proper execution of clients' labor law documentation;
•     Constant monitoring of the current legislative base and adaptation to changes;
•     Identification of other legal needs of clients and monitoring their implementation
•     Ensuring correct and timely communication with the company's clients;

 

Qualification requirements:

• Higher legal education or/and a graduating student;
• Proficiency in Russian and English languages, both in communication and in working with documents.
• Experience in working  with the legislative base and legal research;
• Confident use of computer programs;
• Experience in working with the authorized program of the Public Registry will also be considered an advantage.

Compensation:

By agreement, which will depend on the candidate's experience and work schedule and format.
