HeidelbergCementannounces a vacancy for the position of Raw Material Drying and Grinding Mill Operator at the Rustavi Cement Plant.

 

Job location: Rustavi, 70 Builders' Street.

Work schedule: 12-hour shifts, no more than 40 hours per week.

Number of vacant positions: 1 

 

Main responsibilities:

• Control of the correct operation of the raw material grinding line equipment;
• Automatic control of raw material grinding and drying drum technologies;
• Release of quality raw material powder and provision of silo service;
• Compliance with the established chemical and technological parameters in production / communication with the laboratory in case of deviation;
• Ensuring high-efficiency operation of the drying grinding mill and clay drying drum;
• Making an entry in the shift handover logbook about the detected malfunctions
• Compliance with the existing and applicable labor safety rules and regulations on the company's territory;

Desirable to have:

•  Thorough knowledge of the technological process;
•  Knowledge of the physical specifications of raw materials;
• Excellent knowledge of the parameters of the controlled units;
• Analytical thinking;
• Ability to adapt quickly to new things;
• Ability to work independently and in a team;
• Punctuality;
