The company owns cement plants in Kaspi and Rustavi, as well as a cement mill in Poti and a cement terminal in Supsa. HeidelbergCement is the only clinker producer in Georgia. The first concrete plant in the country was launched in 2009. Currently, HeidelbergCement has 15 concrete plants.
