Job Title: Administrator


Compensation: 1100 GEL +individual bonus

5 working days per week


Key Functions:


  • Hall control: merchandising, removal or repair of damaged items, filling empty spaces with products, control of cleanliness and order in the store.
  • Helium control and ordering
  • Ordering and placement of products from local suppliers
  • Control and ordering of store balloon remnants
  • Loading of surplus during import arrival

Also perform the functions-responsibilities of a sales consultant:


  • Greeting the customer, providing information about the product and existing (possible) promotions.  
  • Providing the customer with complete and comprehensive information about Mayday services
  • Assisting the customer in choosing a product while protecting the customer's interests
  • Making offers to customers  taking into account the design, theme and budget
  • Resolving the customer's fixed claim/problem with maximum attention, observing the service standards within the competence, if necessary, redirecting the customer to the immediate supervisor.
  • Collecting customer requests that cannot be met during the current period
  • Receiving the order, registering it in the appropriate file and timely organizing the delivery of the order and monitoring its execution
  • Performing cash register operations, with cash and non-cash settlements
  • Control of cash in the cash register, performing operations related to cash in compliance with the company's rules
  • Closing the cash register at the end of the day, counting the remaining cash and keeping it in the cash register
  • Product placement on shelves in accordance with company standards
  • Regular control of the quality and cleanliness of the product placed on the shelves
  • Price tag control
  • Inventory control in store shelves and warehouse and material liability for inventory.
  • Description of received products and submission of a report to the immediate supervisor.
  • Ensuring cleanliness and order in the store, regular cleaning/tidying of each product and shelf
  • Receiving orders for representatives of the delivery service, correct registration of delivery details and transferring them to the appropriate responsible person for further processing
  • Compliance with the company's standards and internal regulations
  • Performing other tasks within the framework of the company's operational goals and interests, by the immediate supervisor/operations director/director

Education and Experience

 

  • Knowledge of English and Russian at a communicative level
  • Experience in working with accounting and warehousing programs is desirable
  • User-level proficiency in office programs
  • Knowledge of existing standards, policies and procedures in the company
  • Full knowledge of product specifications and prices
