Information Technology Company  announces a vacancy for the position of Operator ქ. in Tbilisi, with an incomplete work schedule.

Duties of the position:

• Control of the deadlines for the settlement of technical tasks registered on the portal and appropriate feedback with customers

• Registration of incoming calls about technical incidents on the technical task portal and their appropriate redirection

• Receiving phone calls and responding appropriately

• Interaction with courier and postal companies, receiving/sending letters/products/documents

• Organization of business activities within the organization

• Escalation of problematic calls/tasks to the immediate supervisor

• Reporting to the immediate supervisor

Work experience is not required. The candidate must be fluent in English at the conversational level B2.

 

The company  has been operating in the information technology market in Georgia for over 15  years and its customers are local and international companies of various profiles.
