Vacancy Name: Universal Terminal Service Specialist

Work location: Batumi

Work schedule: Full-time

Job Responsibilities:

Maintenance of terminals, installation of new terminals, and technical adjustment;
Maintaining the terminals located in the network in a constantly correct/working and clean condition;
In case of terminal malfunction, prompt troubleshooting;
Continuous monitoring of tasks assigned by the program and coordinators and their high-quality execution within the time frame specified by the procedure.
Carrying out preventive/cleaning work on all terminals transferred to it at least twice a month (terminal check, visual tidying up, cleaning both from the outside and from the inside);
Determination of the necessary stock of parts and consumables and timely request
Replacement/installation of parts on the terminal and ensuring the proper movement of parts in the network;
Participation in the annual inventory of terminals;
Carrying out work related to the technical improvement of the terminals in the network;
Putting forward initiatives related to the improvement of terminals;
Active participation and involvement in mandatory trainings organized by the company;
Performing work in accordance with the cash collection procedure when performing cash collection tasks;
Performing tasks related to the movement of the terminal;
Timely and high-quality execution of additional tasks and assignments assigned by the immediate supervisor/Operations Director;

Experience:

Category B driving license;
Ownership of a car is mandatory
User-level knowledge of office programs;

High sense of responsibility;

Detail-oriented;
Collegial;
