ROOMS TBILISI announces a vacancy for the position of Room Service Attendant

Key Responsibilities:

Take guest orders and ensure timely delivery;
Ensure prompt clearance of trays and dishes;
Have excellent knowledge of menu items including beverage and food ingredients and provide recommendations when needed;
Maintain cleanliness of the work area;
Ensure proper communication between the kitchen, order takers, and service team members;
Take into account guest comments and provide information to the relevant department when needed.

Required Skills:

Previous working experience in a similar field would be an advantage;
Education in the food and beverage field would be an advantage;
Excellent command of English language is a must;
Ability to work in a team;
Excellent communication skills;
Detail-oriented;
