ROOMS KAZBEGI is hiring a Demi Chef

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Head Chef in his/her duties;
Execute all orders to perfection, according to recipes;
Actively participate in the creation of new recipes;
Maintain a stock of all necessary ingredients for food preparation;
Follow rules for the use of inventory and equipment;
Ensure the smooth operation of the kitchen, in cooperation with other kitchen staff;
Monitor kitchen equipment and appliances;
Prepare and place orders for supplies;

Required Qualifications:

Previous experience in a similar position;
Professional education in beverage and food (considered an advantage);
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
Sense of responsibility;
Teamwork skills.
