ROOMS KOKHTA announces a vacancy for the position of Butcher

Key Responsibilities:

Perform duties as assigned by the Chef;
Execute all orders to perfection, according to recipes;
Actively participate in creating new recipes;
Maintain a stock of all necessary ingredients for the preparation of dishes;
Follow the rules of use of inventory and tools;
Ensure the smooth operation of the kitchen, together with other kitchen staff;
Monitor kitchen equipment and appliances;
Describe and carry out orders for supplies;

Required Skills:

Experience in a similar position;
Professional education in beverage and food direction (considered an advantage);
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
Sense of responsibility;
Ability to work in a team.
