ROOMS KAZBEGI announces a vacancy for the position of Cook

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Head Chef and Sous Chef;

• Prepare all orders with excellence, in full compliance with the standards and with minimal waste;

• Ensure the cleanliness of surfaces in the kitchen, refrigerators, equipment, hoods, and inventory in the kitchen;

• Constantly monitor the quality, shelf life, and stock levels of the necessary products;

• Classify and store food and check stickers indicating temperature and shelf life;

• Actively participate in the HACCP system, control, and documentation process;

• Share knowledge and experience with new employees and actively participate in their training; 

Required Skills:

• Experience in a similar position;

• Professional education in the field of beverages and food (will be considered an advantage);

• Ability to work in a busy work environment;

• Sense of responsibility;

• Ability to work in a team;

• Team management skills;
