Hotel “Afisha” offers its guests 118 designer retro-futuristic rooms, the interior of which combines several key spaces, including the city's first champagne bar-brasserie, a wine room and a rooftop restaurant with an open space.

At Hotel Afisha, the Hostess is responsible for creating a positive and welcoming environment for guests visiting the hotel's catering facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Creating a positive environment for incoming guests;
Receiving and seating reservations at restaurant tables;
Offering the restaurant menu to the guest as soon as they are seated at the table;
Maintaining friendly and positive relationships with both guests and employees of all departments;
Serving guests in accordance with the standards existing in the hotel;
Sharing guest feedback with the relevant department.

Requirements:

Good communication and interpersonal skills;
Good organizational skills, detail-oriented;
Knowledge of English and Georgian is required.

It is desirable that, if necessary, in accordance with the additional remuneration defined by the Labor Code and the Internal Regulations, the candidate be prepared to work flexible working hours in the evening hours, on weekends, etc.
