Hotel Apisha is looking for team members who, in close cooperation with other hotel employees, will create a pleasant environment and an unforgettable experience for guests.

Hotel Apisha offers its guests 118 designer, retro-futuristic rooms, the interiors of which combine several main spaces, including the first champagne bar-brasserie in the city, a wine room, and a rooftop restaurant with an open space.

At Apisha Hotel, the Assistant Mixologist is responsible for providing high-level service to guests visiting the hotel's catering facilities, maintaining order and cleanliness, and creating a maximally friendly and pleasant environment.

Main responsibilities:

Prepare the bar area and make sure there are additional supplies;
Assist the bartender in preparing orders;
Make sure the order is served quickly, with maximum adherence to standards;
Perform cleaning procedures as required;
Keep the work area clean and do not leave dirty dishes at the bar;
Be ready to assist colleagues and share their responsibilities if necessary;
Perform all procedures in compliance with safety regulations;
Maintain the standards set at the facility.

Requirements:

Good communication and interpersonal skills;
Good organizational skills, attention to detail;
Knowledge of English and Georgian languages is required.

It is desirable that, if necessary, in accordance with additional compensation determined by the Labor Code and the internal regulations, the candidate be ready to work flexible hours in the evening hours, on weekends, etc.
