The company "Let`s Go" announces a vacancy for the position of Dispatcher / Operations Manager / Transport Operations Manager / Dispatcher Logistician. If you have experience working as a taxi dispatcher, operations manager of a travel company, call center operator of a transport company, account manager, or in a similar field, you are a competent computer user, and you are ready to work in a young friendly team, we are looking for you. Our company has been actively operating in the tourism sector for more than 8 years, with a focus on transport management. In particular, we provide transport services to our international partners. We are partners of many international companies, such as (Booking.com, Talixo, Kiwitaxi, Iway, cartraveler, viator, etc.) in Georgia, Armenia, and Azerbaijan. Any candidate, even without experience (first, second-year student), will be considered for an internship. The internship is paid.

 We set flexible schedules, we try our best not to interfere with the learning process.

Job Description:

• Responding to emails during working hours, registering orders in the system, controlling the execution of orders;
• Correct and meaningful communication with clients on the company's orders received by e-mail, in social networks, and messengers;
• Answering the company's orders and / or incoming calls to the company's hotline - making outgoing calls.

 Requirements:

•  Knowledge of English;
• Knowledge of Russian (considered an advantage);
• Competent knowledge of the computer 

Responsibilities:

• Entering received orders into the system;
• Negotiating with drivers;
• Controlling the status of orders received by drivers;
• Prompt response in telephone or digital communication channels;
• Control of orders and correct personal planning 

Characteristics:

• Ability to work in a team and individually;
• Ability to work in stressful situations;
• Responsible attitude towards work 

Working hours and remuneration: 

• 15 working days per month, which includes a 12-hour schedule;
• 900 GEL during the probationary period;
• After passing the probationary period, depending on the competence of the staff, 1260 GEL;
• 6 months after the start of work, when the staff has full knowledge, the remuneration is 1620 GEL
