GPIH Insurance Company announces a vacancy for the position of Medical Services Support Manager.

Schedule: Full (flexible)

Work location: Tbilisi, 88/15 Bochorishvili str.

Compensation system: The system varies according to work experience in the company and provides for fixed compensation and an annual bonus.

Fixed gross compensation:

• 1250 GEL (0-6 months experience)

• 1500 GEL (6-12 months experience)

• 1750 GEL (12 months and more experience)

Responsibilities:

• Organization of medical services for the client and full support of the process;

• Receiving external phone calls related to medical services;

• Providing information to the client based on the content of the call;

• Scheduling a client's visit with a personal physician or an appropriate specialist and issuing an appropriate referral in compliance with the terms of the insurance contract;

• In case of emergency, referring the client to the appropriate medical institution as needed and managing the process until the case is closed;

• Making external outgoing calls to clients;

• Customer service through other communication channels of the company (e.g. FB chat);

• Working with the company's insurance programs for the purpose of collecting and registering information;

• Other tasks and responsibilities as requested.

Requirements:

• Higher medical education or a graduating student (medicine, healthcare, pharmacy, dentistry and other related specialties);

• Proficiency in Georgian and English/Russian (oral communication skills are especially important);

• Experience in the medical and/or insurance sector will be considered an advantage;

• Ability to work with a computer and knowledge of office programs (MS Office);

• Organization and a sense of responsibility.
