Responsibilities:

•  Documenting, formalizing, monitoring the execution of business processes, identifying and implementing ways to optimize them;

• Developing supporting documentation, standards, guidelines, and policies for business processes together with process owners;

• Providing recommendations to eliminate deficiencies identified during monitoring of business process requirements, including their cost-effectiveness, and working with process owners to eliminate them;

• Developing/implementing process methodologies and uniform standards across organizational units;

• Other responsibilities as required.

Requirements:

• Complete higher education;

• Experience in a similar position (including in areas such as internal audit, quality management, process management, and optimization);

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Georgian;

• Ability to work with a computer and high-level knowledge of office programs (MS Office);
