Responsibilities:
Planning and monitoring the implementation of the company's projects in accordance with project management policies, processes, and best practices;
Establishing measurable metrics for successful project evaluation together with the project team;
Breaking down projects into milestones and setting measurable deliverables at implementation stages;
Ensuring the project is implemented sequentially, in accordance with established standards and methodologies;
Continuously monitoring projects to determine their alignment with project objectives, tasks, deadlines, and deliverables;
Agreeing on the project vision, goals, and objectives with stakeholders together with project owners;
Identifying project risks, planning mitigation strategies, and timely escalating issues to management, when necessary;
Monitoring project results and preparing quarterly reports for stakeholders on key metrics;
Coordinating the work of project teams and IT teams;
Preparing and presenting reports to business and IT teams;
Other responsibilities as required.
Qualifications:
Higher education (preferably in Information Technology or Business Administration);
Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management;
Proficient knowledge of MS Excel;
High professional command of Georgian and English languages, especially important is writing skills;
PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or completion of an in-depth project management course (e.g., Master’s Certificate in Project Management) will be considered an advantage;
Experience in managing projects using Agile/Scrum methodologies will be considered an advantage;
Experience in working in MS Project and Azure Devops programs will be considered an advantage.
