ROOMS TBILISI announces a vacancy for the position of Junior Sous Chef Pastry

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Pastry Chef and Sous Chef in daily operations;
Supervise subordinates;
Prepare and finish pastry products;
Use scales and measuring devices to weigh ingredients;
Select ingredients for preparing pastry products;
Prepare pastry sauces and garnishes;
Prepare all orders to perfection, maintaining the highest standards with minimal waste;
Monitor the cleanliness of surfaces in the bakery, refrigerators, equipment, hoods, and utensils in the kitchen;
Constantly monitor the quality, freshness, and stock levels of necessary products;
Supervise the observance of storage rules for desserts: temperature and freshness indicator stickers;
Share knowledge and experience with new employees and actively participate in their training;
Participate in the creation of new products in the pastry direction;
Participate in monthly inventory;
Actively participate in the HACCP system, control, and documentation;

Required Skills:

Experience in a similar position;
Professional education in pastry is considered an advantage;
Ability to work in a team;
High sense of responsibility;
Attention to detail.
