ROOMS TBILISI announces a vacancy for the position of Pastry Chef de Partie

Main Responsibilities:

Prepare all pastry orders with excellence, in full compliance with standards and with minimal waste;
Check the quality, portion size, presentation and temperature of each pastry product before sending it out of the kitchen;
Pre-portion all necessary products for pastry preparation;
Constantly monitor the quality, freshness and stock levels of the required products;
Label and store pastry items and check temperature and freshness stickers;
Check inventory and inform the technical department in case of any discrepancies;
Share knowledge and experience with new employees and actively participate in their training;
Attend all trainings conducted for the kitchen staff;
Maintain hygiene standards: look clean and wear a tidy uniform.

Required Skills:

Experience in a similar position;
Professional education in pastry direction will be considered an advantage;
Ability to work in a team;
High sense of responsibility;
Detail-oriented.
