Radio City project announces a vacancy for the position of Chef de Partie.

Place of work: Tbilisi, Barbara Bairamashvili 3 (Mukhiani)

Working hours: full-time

Main responsibilities:

Impeccably carry out the tasks assigned by the Chef;
Impeccably fulfill all orders in accordance with the recipes;
Actively participate in creating new recipes;
Provide all necessary ingredients for preparing the dish;
Follow the rules of using inventory and instruments;
Ensure uninterrupted operation of the kitchen together with colleagues;
Monitor kitchen equipment and appliances;
Manage supplies;
Supervise the correct work of employees working in shifts.

Required skills:

Experience in a similar position;
Professional education in the field of beverages and catering will be considered an advantage;
Ability to work in a team;
High sense of responsibility;
Detail-oriented.
