ROOMS KAZBEGI announces a vacancy for the position of Demi Chef

Key Responsibilities:

Assisting the Head Chef in his/her duties;
Ensuring all orders are executed to perfection, in accordance with recipes;
Actively participating in the creation of new recipes;
Ensuring all necessary ingredients are in stock for the preparation of dishes;
Following the rules of usage of inventory and instruments;
Ensuring smooth operation of the kitchen, together with other kitchen staff;
Monitoring kitchen equipment and appliances;
Preparing and executing orders for supplies;

Required Skills:

Experience working in a similar position;
Professional education in beverage and food direction (will be considered as an advantage);
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
Sense of responsibility;
Teamwork skills.
