ROOMS KOKHTA announces a vacancy for the position of Porter

Key Responsibilities:

Assisting the Chef and Junior Sous Chefs;
Stocking all necessary ingredients for food preparation;
Preparing the “mise en place”;
Carrying out tasks as assigned by the Chef;
Executing all orders with excellence;
Ensuring smooth operation of the kitchen, together with other kitchen staff;
Monitoring kitchen equipment and appliances;
Identifying and placing orders for supplies;

Required Skills:

Previous experience working in a similar position is considered an advantage;
Professional education in beverage and food direction is considered an advantage;
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment;
Sense of responsibility;
Teamwork skills.
