Microfinance Organization “Giro Credit” announces a vacancy for the position of Night Shift Cashier, Expert Appraiser

Job Title:  Night Shift Cashier, Expert Appraiser

Job Location:  Tbilisi, 

Working hours:

• The employee rests for 2 full days, works 1 full day (24 hours).

• Day break 1 hour, night break 4 hours.

Compensation:  Fixed salary 1200 GEL (net).

Benefits: 

• Bonus from 200 to 600 GEL, which will be calculated based on: the volume of the current portfolio, loan issuance and conversions; a bonus will also be issued based on the length of service in the company.

• Health insurance;

• Birthday day off;

Qualification requirements:

• At least one year of experience working with  cash;

• Knowledge of gold appraisal at a professional level (additional advantage will be given to knowledge of diamonds);

• Knowledge of office computer programs at a user level;

• Conversational knowledge of Russian or English.

Main responsibilities:

• Gold appraisal and registration of contracts;

• Carrying out currency conversion operations;

• Carrying out money transfer operations;

• Management and control of cash in the vault;

• Ensuring the correct and complete recording, processing and storage of the received information and documentation.  

• High-quality, fast and qualified service to the client;

• Establishing a friendly, benevolent relationship with the client;

• Ability to plan and organize work;

• Ability to communicate convincingly;

• Ability to work in a team;

• Hardworking,  energetic,   goal-oriented;

• Sense of responsibility;
