Main responsibilities:

• Taking guest orders and ensuring timely delivery;

• Ensuring timely clearing of trays and dishes;

• Excellent knowledge of menu items including food and beverage composition and providing recommendations when necessary;

• Maintaining cleanliness in the work area;

• Ensuring proper communication between the kitchen, order takers and service team members;

• Noting guest comments and informing the appropriate department when necessary.

Required skills:

• Experience in a similar field will be considered an advantage;

• Education in the field of food and beverage will be considered an advantage;

• Excellent command of English language is required;

• Ability to work in a team;

• Excellent communication skills;

• Detail-oriented;
