Vacancy for the position of Call Center Operator.
Main responsibilities:
- Receive phone calls/messages, respond in a timely manner;
- Provide detailed information to the user;
- Identify, analyze and assist in solving the problem;
- Make outgoing calls to provide information to the user;
- Perform other various tasks related to the activity.
Qualification requirements:
- Experience in working in the field of customer relations;
- Knowledge of English or Russian at a conversational level is mandatory;
- Knowledge of office computer programs (MS Office).

Job location: Tbilisi, 80 V. Dolidze
Work schedule: 24 hours once every 4 days
Compensation: 1000 GEL
