Hotel Apisha offers its guests 118 designer retro-futuristic rooms, the interior of which combines several main spaces, including the first champagne bar-brasserie in the city, a wine room and a rooftop restaurant with an open space.
At Apisha Hotel, the Waiter is responsible for providing high-level service to guests in the hotel's catering facilities, maintaining order and cleanliness, and creating a maximally friendly and enjoyable environment.
Main responsibilities:
Preparing the restaurant area for receiving guests;
Serving guests in accordance with the standards existing in the hotel;
Collecting used dishes from tables;
Increasing guest satisfaction through close communication with the kitchen;
Selling drinks and food using appropriate sales skills;
Cleaning the workspace in accordance with the requirements of the standards;
Receiving and placing reservations on restaurant tables;
Working in compliance with health and safety regulations;
Entering all orders into the system, controlling paid bills;
Collegiality, positive attitude towards employees of all departments of the hotel;
Requirements:
Vocational / higher education is desirable;
Experience in a similar position is desirable;
Good communication and interpersonal skills;
Good organizational skills, focus on detail;
Knowledge of English and Georgian is required.
It is desirable, if necessary, in accordance with the Labor Code and Internal Regulations additional remuneration accordingly, the candidate is ready to be flexible work schedule for work in the evening hours, on weekends and a.sh.
