Job location: Tbilisi
Working schedule: Full time
 
Main responsibilities: 

• Managing the employees of the retail facility; 

• Taking care of the qualification improvement of the employees; 

• Ensuring the work discipline of the employees reporting to him/her; 

• Ensuring the uninterrupted supply of goods with the optimal quantity and assortment; 

• Full control over the existing tax invoices, commodity markups and other types of documentation; 

• Daily control over the financial assets; 

• Studying the consumer demands; 

• Drawing up periodic reports. 

Qualification requirements: 

• Higher education; 

• At least 1 year of experience in the given position; 

• Perfect knowledge of office programs.  

Skills: 

• Management and organization skills;
