Job Advertisement: Front Office Receptionist

Are you a friendly and personable individual with a passion for hospitality? We're seeking a dynamic Front Office Receptionist to join our iconic hotel.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests in a warm and professional manner. 

  • Handle guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently. 

  • Answer guest inquiries regarding hotel services, local attractions, and other relevant information. 

  • Process reservations and manage room assignments. 

  • Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and effectively. 

  • Manage front desk operations, including cash handling and daily reports. 

  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area. 

  • Assist with special requests, such as wake-up calls, luggage storage, and transportation arrangements. 

  • Contribute to a positive and welcoming atmosphere for all guests.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Previous experience in a hotel front desk or hospitality role preferred. 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 

  • Strong customer service orientation with a focus on guest satisfaction. 

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. 

  • Proficient in computer skills, including property management systems. 

  • Knowledge of English Language.
