Main responsibilities:

• Receiving guest orders and ensuring timely delivery;
• Ensuring timely clearance of trays and dirty dishes;
• Excellent knowledge of menu items, including food and beverage ingredients, and ability to make recommendations when needed;
• Maintaining cleanliness in the work area;
• Ensuring proper communication between the kitchen, order takers, and service team members;
• Addressing guest comments and providing information to the appropriate department when necessary.

Required skills:

• Previous work experience in a similar field will be considered an advantage;

• Excellent knowledge of English is required;
