Purpose of the Position

Effective management of the retail network and ensuring the quality of service in accordance with the company's standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Operational management of the retail network and ensuring smooth functioning;
• Ensuring and analyzing the growth in sales indicators;
• Developing, implementing and controlling service standards;
• Drawing up and managing the work schedule of employees;
• Regular monitoring of stores and quality control;
• Selection, training and ensuring professional development of personnel;
• Planning and implementing the inventory process;
• Managing and controlling inventory;
• Monitoring and improving customer satisfaction;
• Ensuring the correct positioning of the brand in the retail network;

Qualification Requirements

• Higher education (preferably in the direction of business administration)
• At least 1 year of experience in the retail sector
• Team management experience
• Proficient knowledge of MS Office programs
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
