Abanotubani Group announces a vacancy for the position of Service Manager
Job location: Tbilisi
Work schedule: 7-hour workday
Job compensation: 1000₾-1500₾ (depending on the candidate's qualifications)
Functions and responsibilities:
- Management of subordinate employees, rational distribution of tasks and control over the quality of their implementation;
- Providing appropriate instructions to employees and instructing them in order to improve the quality of the service;
- Ensuring high quality service;
- Ability to perform work quickly and efficiently;
- Control over online reservations;
- Ensuring the smooth operation of the reception;
- Creating work schedules and controlling the attendance of employees;
- Execution of the instructions of the manager.
Qualification requirements:
- Higher education
- Knowledge of English and Russian at a high level is required;
- Ability to react and make decisions quickly in problem situations;
- High sense of responsibility;
- Ability to work in a team;
- Ability to work in a busy environment.
Higher education or a bachelor's degree in marketing will be considered an advantage.
